BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY: SALES & MARKETING

Overview:

This is a purely commission-based opportunity with high growth potential, to sell Organic Agricultural products. You will need to be a self-starter with your own means of transport, you will be rewarded through your own hard work.


Main responsibilities:
  • Selling/Marketing the company’s products
  • Providing service to clients
  • Completing and planning future follow-up visits and evaluation of needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization’s products and services
  • Make telephone calls and “in-person” visits and presentations to prospective customers and existing clients
  • Advise clients on market conditions and agriculture related matters
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
  • Report directly to the General Manager
  • Your own car/transport is necessary

Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualification of Diploma or equivalent
  • Well-presented and a good communicator
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Requires minimum supervision
  • Should have sound Agricultural knowledge
  • Previous experience in sales with a proven track record essential

Key selection criteria
  • Selling/Marketing experience

  • Sound Agricultural knowledge
  • Fluent communicator in all areas including electronic and social media
