Sales Representative position
This is a retainer plus commission-based sales career with high growth potential, to sell organic agricultural products. You will be rewarded through your own hard work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Selling/Marketing the company’s products
- Providing service to clients’
- Completing and planning future follow-up visits and evaluation of needs
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization’s products and services
- Make telephone calls and “in-person” visits and presentations to prospective customers and existing clients
- Advise clients on market conditions and agriculture related matters
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Report directly to the General Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Qualification of Diploma or equivalent
- Well-presented and a good communicator
- Should be above 25 years of age
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Requires minimum supervision
- Should have sound agricultural knowledge
- Previous experience in sales with a proven track record essential
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
- Selling/Marketing experience
- Advise clients on market conditions and agriculture related matters
- Sound agricultural knowledge
- Fluent communicator in all areas including electronic and social media
