Essencials Boron is a fully soluble foliar fertiliser designed to correct Boron deficiencies in various crops. Boron is required for fruit development, translocation of sugars across cell walls and for proper fertilisation. Boron is not easily transported in the plant so deficiency symptoms tend to be evident in young growth first.

Boron deficiencies can severely limit crop yield and quality if not treated. Boron deficiency is often associated with the following soil conditions:

• Low organic matter
• High pH
• Light or sandy soils
• High Phosphorus or Nitrogen application
• Drought
